Set your own fee - We recognize each assignment is unique – provide us a quote that
compensates you for the scope and complexity of each assignment. Each order is manually
assigned, reflecting our relationship-centric approach to appraisal management – no random
rotation or first-come/first-serve assignment model. We offer an easy-to-use, web-based
management system so that the assignment of files, exchange of documents, and other communication
needs are handled in an efficient and timesaving manner. Payments for your professional
services are prompt and seamless – twice a month via your choice of check or direct deposit.
Our company possesses expertise across the spectrum of residential and commercial real estate,
enabling us to provide you more meaningful, professional, and value-add interactions beyond the
typical administrative tasks associated with the appraisal management process. This expertise
also ensures that our Affiliates are allowed to perform their duties in accordance with appraisal

- Resume
- Copy of current state license/certification
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance certificate (if applicable)
- Errors and Omissions insurance certificate
